"An amazing support by Deepak to start with and then Rose and John were jsut a great pool of people.. my father just felt like at home and cared. Food, drinks and breakfast hot options were very tasty and enough. It is right on the edge of High street where all market is .. so Would recommend fo rpeople..food.. accessibility.. commute..and parking.. it is also close to water boats .. less than 100ms or so. Happy tonahve stayed here."

"Short stop, just spent the night. Excellent service from the host with extremely late checkin due to traffic and road works. Even made us a filling breakfast although not originally included. "

"Although this property is small, the people running it are big hearted. We were driving from Isle of Skye on a very stormy day when we received message from Mark and Louisa to inform us that we could checkin earlier as they did not want us to be waiting in the storm until checkin time. We were quite touched by the gesture. The free parking was very convenient. The room was clean and well decorated. The toilet + shower were modern and comfortable. Excellent breakfast with homemade everything....

"Fantastic location as base for exploration up Ben Nevis and surrounding trails. Very clean and modern facilities, bright and spacious rooms. Great for keeping heavy hiking packs and duffel bags "

"We are grateful for Kevin that he immediately responded to our call. We checked in around 1930, noticed that we had a problem with our boiler. He did his best to troubleshoot it but still not working. We were then upgraded to a new caravan nearest to the lake! He helped us transfer all our bags and goods. The place is relaxing and best sunset as well! "

"Very helpful staff and great that it was pet friendly. Both day staff and evening staff could not have been more helpful."

"Upon arrival nicely greeted and checked in.Excellent Staff they deserve a pay rise. The room was nicely prepared and presented, great housekeeping staff. Barman was excellent at his job .The dining room staff were also extremely helpful and professional. The hotel needs a little Investment into itsome aspects are tired upgrade doors and locks to a card system would be good. Breakfast is superb highly recommend it. A very enjoyable few days in a beautiful setting. Thank You"

"Such a spacious suite with an additional sitting room viewing the mountains. The views were exceptional. James & Lucy were kind to let us check in early. They were also so helpful with dinner recommendations in the area. Breakfast options were delicious. Lucy was most helpful planning our routes for the next days journey. They were both so kind and full of information."

"The stay was amazing and the establishment was awesome, the only down points are that the twin bed seemed old as we felt the spring directly through the matress and there were no toileteries. Other than that it was amazing! "

"Alan was very welcoming and provided useful information on local restaurants, travel tips in the area and around Scotland. My daughters and I felt safe staying at that location. The property was very clean. We had a mini fridge in our room, hair dryer. Bathroom was very modern. There are all amenities on site. Beautiful grounds. We really enjoyed our stay and would go back."

"Cute inn across the bay from Ft. William. Ferry was easy / convenient. Inn is old but well cared for. Dinner and drinks were excellent. Inn Keeper and crew were amazing. Our 2 nights felt like a special treat!"
