"We would not stay here again. The noise from the pool area was disruptive, and past midnight for 2 of our 3 night stay. On the final morning, banging started at 6.30 am. So if you want your hotel for sleeping, don’t stay here."

"This is the best place to stay in Queenstown! My third stay here and it did not disappoint. The turndown service was just perfect! The little treats left on the bed were a lovely touch. The juice and treats in the morning and wine and cheese in the afternoon was just amazing. I will be returning next month and can’t wait. The staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you very much"

"It was a quick walk to shops and great food options. Parking was available on site. The staff was great when I asked questions, they were very helpful. The room was beautiful! I slept so well. I had a great stay! I would stay there again. I also used the mini fridge and the kettle."

"We booked the Alpine Suite and they were extremely spacious and clean. All the staff were very helpful during peak season and even accommodated a last minute room change since the top floor rooms were noisy when it rained. We had the breakfast buffet on the last morning and there was a great selection with a barista made coffee included. The only downside was walking up a massive hill back to the hotel each time we went into town. Otherwise, would definitely stay here on my next visit to...

"We found the staff to be polite and helpful however there were a few issues during the stay. When we arrived the room was cold and not preheated which isnt ideal in mid winter. No heat pump just a small heater that wasnt working so we had to ask reception to replace it. The electric blanket on bed didnt work and needed to be replaced as well. Bathroom extraction fan didnt work and shower built into a very high bath, difficult to get in and out of. Staff did best to help but i wouldnt stay...

"Overall, our stay was outstanding. The staff were exceptional—friendly, accommodating, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. They held our bags and food leftovers for us, helped me figure out the hot drink vending machine, and were very sympathetic when I had an issue with the room lighting, even though they weren’t able to resolve it. "This hotel is something special! The decor, the ambience, the location. Also having free mini bar, free happy hour and free breakfast was such a nice touch! Close to the gondolas and to main town square. The room was spacious and had beautiful views of the mountains. Do not hesitate to stay here - you will not be disappointed!"

"The room had a lovely view of the mountains and it was reasonably spacious. The onsite restaurant was handy and the soup and pizza I had were delicious, as was the scrambled eggs with ciabatta - it opens at 6.30 am for breakfast which is great for early risers. The staff were all helpful and very pleasant. The TV doesn't have a lot of options but overall, everything was very good and value for money."
