"The house was very clean, air worked well check in was easy. We did drive back to the Hog Heaven. If we had ATV’s it would have been nice to check out the trails. If I needed a home in that area I would definitely stay there again."

"The cottage was perfect for our needs for 1 night stay for softball tournament! It was very conveniently located to the fields we were playing and had all amenities that a hotel would have. We felt safe, beds were comfortable & staff was very friendly! The place was definitely clean, but gave 4 stars instead of 5 because there were some insects (small spiders) in the shower that freaked my girls out. "The actual property is much more impressive in person. There is a large front porch and back porch overlooking the property. There are huge areas of land in all 4 directions. Beautiful and very relaxing for a lady from Dallas!The interior is bright, cheerful, and very current. Delightful!"

"This was the most amazing and absolutely perfect place to stay! The house was clean, well stocked and the host Christa was PERFECT!! So responsive and attentive to our needs!! We will definitely be back to this house for a getaway to the country!! Highly recommend this house and 12 Armadillos in general for a place to stay with a large group!! The bathroom in each of the 6 rooms downstairs was an AMAZING GAME CHANGER!! "

"Our family reunion at this property was absolutely perfect! The various room configurations suited all family sizes beautifully, and the family party room was ideal for gathering, conversing, and playing games. The pool area became a favorite hangout spot throughout the day. The catering staff was brilliant—breakfast options were delicious and satisfying, and our specially requested dinner was exceptional, truly worthy of a starred restaurant. "We stayed in this quaint farmhouse mainly because it was pet friendly and close to Round Top where we we’re meeting family for lunch. Highly recommend for anyone who enjoys the country lifestyle and peace and quiet. The outside cats were very friendly (our kids and small dog got along fine with them).
