"Overall a clean hotel with well maintained facilities. Easy kick check—in system. Rooms are sparse but well designed. Downsides are 1) no sound proofing in rooms. We could literally hear full conversations of guests in the next room speaking at normal volume. 2) common area for guests with water and coffee not maintained. "Loved this hotel. Walkable from Penn Station and Times Square and the theaters. A real nice light and beachy feel to the rooms. Rooftop bar perfect for night time viewing and the margaritas and quesadillas in the restaurant were delicious and good price for the location. Definitely stay again and recommend to others"

The staff was good at keeping us updated on our room status and gave us a breakfast voucher but had we known the wait would be so long, we would’ve left our bags and wandered around.
