"We have always enjoyed our annual stay with Villa Sassa. Been there 5 Thisyears in a row. This year was not much of a joy...... felt being ignored. Monday housekeeping left only towel for two, so I sent an email to front desk to ask them to bring another set of towels. Waited for some hours, no reply. ..."
