"When we arrived the lobby and desk was empty. I unloaded my luggage and waited for someone. 15 minutes later a lady showed up up from the parking lot and apologized saying there was a big sale at Kohls she couldn’t miss. Next morning there was no coffee, only 8 pieces of sausage left and a little scrambled eggs. Been traveling for forty years with my job and this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.
