"I booked this to visit my son at Western and start taking some of his things home for the summer. When my parents saw the listing they decided to join me so they got to see their Grandson's campus and meet his friends while staying at a quiet, clean location. LOVED THE FLOWERS and all the plants - just gorgeous. "

"Wonderful little spot that let us explore all the area has to offer. Right in the center of a great brewery so you get to see the locals coming and going. Nadine was an incredible host and made sure everything went well, went above and beyond. Will absolutely stay here if I can in the future! "

"Absolutely loved staying here and would stay again! The view of the water is so calming- we looked for wildlife and saw a crane eating. We read in the nook overlooking the water. We walked along the beach. The place has pictures of the parents who had owned the home and gives it a sweet feel. Highly recommend!"

"Our girl’s trip was perfect thanks to our stay here. The location is perfect to get out to Skagit county, Bellingham or Fairhaven. Sherry is the sweetest and has truly crafted a beautiful place/experience for others. Couldn’t recommend this place more!!"

"Not enough can be said about the top notch quality of this wonderful property. It is spotlessly clean, totally comfortable, and conveniently close to all thoroughfares and businesses. One of the top properties in my lengthly experience!"

"I would high recommend this property for a group. There was plenty of space for everyone and great spaces to hang out in. Normally when we rent a house and it says it sleeps 10 in reality that means people on sofas. Not the case here! It was raining during our stay, I can only imagine how much fun it would be in sunny weather!"

"My dog and I loved our stay. The property had everything we needed for a relaxing evening after long days of adventuring. The location was perfect to explore both the islands and north cascades during our short stay. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. My dog and I enjoyed the yard space and patio as well. "This was perfect for our anniversary trip! The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed for our long weekend with our pups. Paddle boarding was too fun and the hot tub was such a treat. There was enough space for dog crates so our dogs had a familiar place to settle. We loved our walks around the lake and lounging on the deck. "The listing described the property as a charming lake cottage, but it feels more like a guest room as it is attached to the garage and right next to the entrance to the main house. It's a cute space, but not quite what we expected from the description.
