Allen Street is a three bedroom, one bathroom, historic cottage, conveniently located across from the scenic rail trail. Perfect for the whole family, including the furry ones. Our cottage's prime location allows you to explore Beechworth's attractions with ease. Take a short stroll to Lake Sambell or the town centre where you can enjoy the cafes, restaurants, wine bars and a bit of shopping.

This private, fully self-contained accommodation includes one queen size and two double beds, all with electric blankets. A separate dining area, separate lounge area, a well-equipped kitchen & laundry. Wi-Fi & Netflix available. Onsite car parking (including an EV charger) along with a large fully fenced yard for your fur babies to explore. Winter warmth is via ducted heating. And ducted cooling for the warmer months of summer. All linen is provided. Book your stay now and experience the best of Beechworth for you and your family, furry friends included.

Come prepared in the winter

The property was as described, however, remember to bring a dressing gown and slippers if staying during the cooler months. A trip to the toilet is a cold experience. Our bed was not so comfortable. Location was great and access to the Rail trail provided a good walk. The house is conveniently located near town and features a spacious yard ideal for dogs. The driveway gate needs repairing.

Easter 2025

The Allen st property was a great choice for our adult family. The beds were comfy and house warm. The yard was great for our dog and the property was an easy walk to town. The kitchen provided all the necessary food. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Great place for a short stay

Perfect location a few mins walk from the Main Street and close to the EPIC MTB trail (the reason for our trip). Clean and tidy throughout - we really enjoyed our stay!

Beechworth Gold

It was a beautiful, peaceful home so close to town that we could walk to everything. We enjoyed the decor, books, and music that our hosts kindly left for us. Our chihuahuas especially loved the enclosed backyard. We will stay here again!

We did several bnbs on our road trip and this place was a stand-up. Incredible location, old world charm yet modern conveniences and our bordoodle absolutely loved the yard.

Convenient, spacious

This was an excellent position, 3 Bedrooms, Dining Area as well as a table in the large kitchen. Only one shower and a separate toilet at the bottom of the house. Everything was clean and well organised. So there is only One bathroom with a separate toilet.

Perfect location

This charming old home on a huge block is in a perfect location. Short walk into town, short walk to Lake Samball, the Asylum just up the road and central to any day trips or short drives you may wish to do. Our 3 dogs loved the secure and spacious yard. A couple of amenities within the house which were not available and would be useful given the wet weather - a clothes dryer and a mop - otherwise very well appointed. I like to leave properties tidy and clean. Thank you for a great property to enjoy.

Lovely comfortable home . Very warm once heating kicked in. So very clean and well equiped . Bed comfortable . . Great little fenced off area out back door which kept our two cavaliers safe . Would definately stay again

Beautiful cottage

We had a wonderful week at 2 Allen Street which was located in a very quiet area but close to the town and lovely walks. The house was amazing, very comfortable and well equipped. We appreciated being able to bring our little dog Molly with us, she loved the enclosed backyard. One of our best stays, thank you.

Perfect for us

Jen and Jess were terrific - friendly and helpful. Comfortable and relaxed stay. House within easy walking distance to the town centre and beautiful walking paths. Great yard for our dog. He settled in straight away. Can't wait to come back.
