"The room was clean, the door was hard to shut, constant bugs in the room, large ones and smaller ones. unfortunately, the hotel cannot supervise all guests that stay but lots of labour workers that stay here and are up late and leave at 5am to load their trucks to go to work. It's very loud late evening and very early morning. Lots of music was playing on the weekend, late into the night. "I stayed at a Days Inn in another state years ago and it was clean, so I booked three nights at this College Station location. We arrived and checked in around 10 pm. Once we got into the room, we saw roaches everywhere. We left immediately and headed back to the front desk, stating we could not stay there. The front desk personnel was very understanding and didn't give us a hard time about cancelling our reservation so we could leave. While the check-in staff was helpful, the room conditions...

"I gave an overall Ok rating because one of the reasons we stay at an Embassy Suites is the happy hour and breakfasts. Both mornings clean plates, utensils and tables were scarce. Food on the buffet was always low. Food was very good and courteous and staff where clearly working hard but they were very under staffed. Room was great and clean. Would recommend."

"Pillow had lots of visible hair (not mine) on it and I noticed it as soon as I got into the room. The front desk staff was apologetic and provided me with new pillows. I checked in at night so it seemed that maybe housekeeping had left for the day already and I was asked to go to the lobby to receive the replacement pillows.
