"I had to walk to the lobby for everything I needed, including an iron and ironing board. I have never heard of a room not even having an iron. There was no one available to deliver anything to us, including fresh towels. Couldn't believe you don't have the option of getting your room cleaned any sooner than every other day. Room did not smell good because they would not even come empty the trash."

"First, the people were great. They were welcoming and friendly. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was included, but while I did not make it before the 9 a.m. deadline, my husband was not impressed. We had a King Suite, and the rooms were large. The bed was reasonably comfortable.
