"House was good, I had to reach out to the host to get the check in information. Easy to find and great location to everything without being too close. It had a few small areas that could have used a little more cleaning, like stains on the comforters and some dirt and grass here and there. There was also no fans in any of the room, the AC and heat runs well though, however the house definitely has a little bit of a moisture issue. But it met our needs for a one night landing pad for the weekend....

"The host was not reachable. The contact details in the listing were not accurate. The WiFi password was not correct, TV didn't work because it hadn't been updated, coffee container was mostly empty. I contacted Vrbo and they were unable to reach the host. Host finally messaged in the afternoon of the second day. The place was dirty (dust caked on fans, walls visibly dirty), fridge filter needed changing, cockroach in the bathroom, hot water in the master didn't work. Not a good value, but it was...

"Host was super friendly and communtive. The massive couch and bed are super comfy and the Smart TV was app friendly and ready to go! Loved the LED lights through-out the townhome. The balcony also had a comfy chair to enjoy the outside weather in."

"The room was in a terrible neighborhood. The freight train was feet from our room. The towels were so thin that we had to go to Walmart to buy others. I’m surprised that Expedia has this horrible property listed. Oh….we booked two nights but left after one."
