"I rarely write reviews, but after what I experienced at South 32 Hotel, I feel a responsibility to warn other travellers. From the moment I checked in, my room's air conditioning was broken, blowing hot air in the middle of hot weather. I reported it to reception on day one. Nothing happened. "This is a beautiful, peaceful property staffed by the most helpful and friendly people. The reception is always manned with welcoming, knowledgeable staff who cater for your every need. The bedrooms are spotless and cleaned daily. The beds and bedding are excellent. Very comfortable and luxurious sheeting and pillows.
