"Cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at, heated pool was great and the rooftop balcony was awesome. Really the only downside is there’s no washer/dryer so I had to take it to a laundromat off the island."

"Rooms were good, beds could be better they were dated and sank in on certain areas. A microwave in the rooms would help too. We had so much food left over from eating we had to throw away. "First, I ordered a room with double beds on the first floor wheelchair accessible when I arrived didn’t have one
We wound up getting a brown floor with a king bed for three people and a toddler
They tried to tell me my reservation was for two people when clearly it stated three adults at a toddler
They expected me to walk up steps at one and walk all the way across the hotel, because no one bothered to clean the steps at the other end of the hotel
