"Nice house. We love the bay side. The pool was fabulous. The back deck is nicely fenced for kids and dogs. The kitchen had everything we needed. Note that previous comments mentioned no coffee filters…we left a bunch. The only seasonings in the home were salt and pepper. We brought ALL of our own. There were no games/playing cards-we brought all of our own and were glad that we did. The WiFi situation is not good but that did not detract at all from our stay. If you have folks that are...

"Property was easy to find. House was exactly as described! House was clean for the most part and looked exactly as the pictures. Only complaint on the cleanliness was that we had to wash quite a few of the dishes before using. A few of the glasses had drink residue in them, dirty silverware, and what appeared to be pet hair in a bunch of the pots and pans. Elevator instructions were hidden, and no book laying out the house rules, or check out procedures. There was no outdoor trash can on site so...

"This property was accurately advertised, unlike many properties on VRBO. The owner communicated and was available to answer any questions, although there were no issues. All the mechanical systems and appliances were working and the pool was clean and ready. This is a very nice beach property for larger groups. "

"Location was great! Beach just steps away. Very big home. The only downfall for us with Daulphin island is there really isn’t much for restaurants, so bring groceries. Buying groceries on the island is beyond expensive. Views are amazing and it’s very peaceful. "

"This house was all it was listed as on the VACASA webpage. The furniture was in very good shape, the beds comfy, and lots of bathrooms to share with a large group. Part of the gulf view is blocked by another house, but it also sits back far enough so that our steps weren’t underwater when the tide came in. Storms kept us inside half of our stay but would love to return sometime."

"The first thing I did was get stuck in the sand, and I had to be towed out. The driver said they sure need more gravel on the driveway. It looks as if the right side has washed away. Anyway, the floor is warped, and there is paint missing on the window sill and cabinets. I say this because I don't wish to be dinged for damages. Overall, we had a great time. The home is lovely, and dishes, towels, etc were all plentiful. I would rent it again if the driveway were fixed and there was no swing"

"We had a great stay. I enjoyed fishing every morning from the dock and bulkhead on the property. I caught a lot of specked trout. The house is nicely furnished and very clean. Nicky the property owner prior to my stay answer all of my questions in a timely manner. I would stay here again fore sure."

"This rental was just what we were expecting for a quick getaway. It was just as the photos showed and had close beach access. The large front porch was a hit for relaxing. We loved it. "

"We took our girls and a few of their friends down for a few days to celebrate summer. We had a great time. We loved that we didn’t have to worry about traffic or overcrowded tourists. The girls could come and go to the beach as a group and we didn’t have to worry. We had some rough weather and the AC went out but the host handled it quickly for us and the girls were able to play games and wait out the storm. Loved that we could take our dog to the beach as well. It just added to the fun. "

"Our favorite house on the island so far. This was our 4th trip. Kitchen is well stocked and everything was perfect. Had an AC problem the 2nd day but it was fixed within 2 hours of contacting the homeowner. Excellent hosts!!"
