"My room was never cleaned the whole time I stayed there from 05/14 to 05/18. The bed was never changed. It was uncomfortable and quite disturbing. I asked one of the hotel staff up front why my room wasn't cleaned and I was told they only did every other day. The hotel staff was usually helpful and nice but some were not. "Parking was a bit tight but secure. Our parking pass was waiting on the doorway when we got in. We received a text early on telling us how to proceed. We had asked for an hour early checkin and were able to check in early. This check in was pretty seamless! "

"This is the second time I have stayed at the Oaklander. The first time there were stains all over my sheets. They were changed. This time the pillows were wrinkled and did not smell fresh. I had to request new pillow cases. It’s a beautiful hotel but when they tell you they are inspecting your room before you go in beware, you better inspect it yourself. Housekeeping was very courteous when they changed the pillow cases. One bright point. Very disappointing for such a beautiful hotel."
