"Great views and a great space for a larger family gathering. There is some minor issues with furniture and outdoor seating. But the location and space helps those stay minor issues. There is wifi issues. We had issues everyday. So if you are trying to work you will want a personal hotspot. Had to use our hotspots to watch TV. But again the location made these minor. Our grandchildren had a blast from the first day until the last one."

"No one onsite to check us in. Had to go to a motel office in another town, where we were given the unit number and told the key was under the mat. No key. The WiFi password didn’t work, so no internet or phone service. No way to contact the check-in office. Looked in the window. The unit was very, very dirty. There was only one other unoccupied unit, locked with no key, and also very dirty. We left."

"I’m a stickler for cleanliness. This cottage was immaculate! I’m talking no old debris in the corners, walls were clean and a super clean bathroom. This was way more than we expected in a beach town. No sand to be found in the cottage. Amenities were all we needed. Thank you for the coffee and brewer!"
