"Breakfast was great. I ended up needing to charge my Tesla at their 1 only available semaconnect charger and was a little disappointed at the lack of convenience with that system. The price is also a bit higher for a level 2 system. Was able to charge so that I would say is a plus."

"The room was a good size for our family of 4 and generally clean, except that my kids found a water bottle cap inside the coffeemaker and a plastic shoe cover under the desk. The air conditioner worked, but the wall remote didn’t, and the bathroom fan also wasn’t working. We were too tired to change rooms, so we just went to sleep, it was very stuffy. Aside from that, the hotel was pleasant, breakfast was good, and the gym had everything I needed for my morning workout."

"The location is awesome if you're going to the Keller Auditorium. Parking is superb. The pool and hot tub were out of order which was kind of a bummer. Breakfast needs to be a little bit earlier (like 6am). And the only coffee creamer they had was hazelnut, which I'm allergic to. So I wound up at Starbucks which was only a mile away. Overall, this is a solid stay that could use a little tweaking."

"I laid down to go to sleep and I got poked by something woke up in the morning and let the staff know and they were making it seem like they didn’t know what was going on, and I kept telling him I didn’t find what poked me but something kept poking me. I got home and I checked my whole body, and I have little bite marks all over my body. Both my husband and myself have little bite mark. "

"The washroom was dirty. Room was okayish and felt aged. Their rooms definitely need renovations.They charge 13 USD parking fee per night to park on their premises. This is a hidden fees and not mentioned either on Expedia or their website. And their breakfast is another big disappointment. It's a cold breakfast. They charge so much, at least they can serve fresh hot breakfast. We felt like we were ripped off."
