"Staff was fine and pleasant after buzzing in at 8pm (doors always locked, you will see why). Room had all non functioning blinds that could not be lowered to block the outside light from the bright parking lighting. The curtain strings on all three windows were ripped off by past guests. Area is super sketchy and people milling around in the sketchier motel behind this one. Next to the main highway and loud and pretty likely to have your car broken in. Basically called it a booking loss...

"Things happen.. found used condom on bedroom floor which they came the very next morning and cleaned our entire suite for us. The staff and housekeeping were very nice. The pullout isn’t for an adult. Had stains which I bought stuff to clean it but my 18 year old son had to sleep on small couch with legs on floor and he is 6 feet tall and scoliosis so basically no bed. The mattress for the pullout was very thin and bar in middle of it stuck in his back. The gym was nice and we liked the hotel...

"Property is dated. Location isn't great, it's $50 Uber to get to downtown area. Pool was small and filthy. Laundry only had one machine operational so we had to wait a long time for a washer/dryer. I'll stay elsewhere next time I visit Austin. "

"If you are looking for a less expensive hotel, and you don’t care what is in the area around you, this is a great place. The staff was always smiling and rooms were clean. However, it wasn’t really near anything as far as walking distance. Also, the free breakfast every morning was nowhere near fancy if that’s what attracts you. It was extremely minimal.
