Maloneys Beach House - pet friendly and directly opposite Maloneys beach

  • One of the most sought after locations in Maloneys Beach. It provides a safe swimming spot for the kids, this two storey beach house has it all for you. 4 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, lounge room, rumpus room, 3 bathrooms, ramp access, outdoor shower, and a huge back yard.

    Bring your dog, as this property is pet friendly with fully enclosed backyard, as well a lockable enclosure for your dog.

    An enclosed balcony at the front of the property with those wonderful views can be enjoyed and at the back of the house is the second deck overlooking the backyard. Just walk out your front door and you will be on the spectacular Maloneys Beach. There is also boat parking at the side of the house with gates that can open allowing to park the boat off the street.

    This property provides High Speed Internet WiFi and Foxtel for those rainy days but hopefully you will be too busy at the beach.

    Batemans Bay with great shopping and restaurants is only a short drive away so no need to hurry, take your time and enjoy your holiday.

    Maloneys Beach is a flat suburb so bring the bikes so you can ride around the area, or go mountain biking in the Murrumarang national park located just behind Maloneys Beach Drive. You can swim, kayak or fish at Maloneys Beach. There is also a great barbeque area out the back for you to use. Everything is at your doorstep!

    Combined with the outdoor areas there is plenty of space to get away when you're not at the beach. There is a modern kitchen with everything you need to cook up a banquet, or you may prefer to sit out the back and fire up the barbeque. Having heating and air-conditioning, you will be able to escape the heat in summer and keep toasty warm in winter.

    BEDROOMS Linen is not included. This includes sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, beach towels. Doonas & doona covers are provided (one per bed). The master bedroom has a Queen sized bed, Bedroom 2 also a Queen sized bed. Bedroom 3 has a single bed and a set of single bunks. Bedroom 4 has a double bed. And in the rumpus area downstairs - A set of single bunks. If you would like to hire linen 72 Hrs notice is required you can phone Blissful Bedding on 0438 926 122

    BATHROOMS and LAUNDRY: The main bathroom has a bath, shower and toilet located upstairs. The ensuite provides a toilet and shower, and downstairs another bathroom with toilet and shower just off the bedroom. The laundry is downstairs off the garage all with internal access.

    OUTSIDE: There are two decks; a very large one that runs the length of the home and is enclosed at the front for your protection with beautiful views out to the ocean. And a back deck looking over the back-yard. There is a large enclosed yard where you can play ball games with family and also an extra enclosed area for your pets.

    PETS: This property is a pet friendly property; pets are to be kept strictly outside only. Please pickup & dispose of all animal waste. Extra charges may apply for cleaning, damages or deodorising of the property.

Stunning panoramic views of Maloneys Beach, great design, clean and neat and homey. Had a full house and there was heaps of space. Matt and Georgia are fantastic hosts. Thankyou for an unforgettable family holiday so many memories to treasure. Cant wait to get back next year

Great location, plenty of beds and excellent cooking facilities. Super lovely and of course by the beach, which you will practically have to yourself. Do recommend!

Love this place!

This was the second time I've stayed at this property, the location and space available can't be beaten!The kitchen is so well stocked, we could always find the mixing bowl or oven dish that we needed. Plenty of places to relax and unwind, and so close to the beach with lovely walking trails nearby. I will certainly be back for a third time in the future!Thank you Matt and Georgia!

Amazing! Perfect family getaway.

We had an amazing stay here. 8 adults, we all had our own space, everything was comfortable and clean. An abundance of kitchen accessories for big dinners and the table tennis downstairs was a highlight! Such a quick walk to the beach, perfect for my elderly mother to get to and from the water. Would love to stay again in the future!

Kitchen was great with fabulous views from living area. The oven does not regulate the correct temperature making it hard to cook with. The check-in process was very confusing with the lock box information if I did not follow up we would have never known to go to the pizza shop for the keys. Overall the place is fabulous and would stay again.

The property was brilliantly located overlooking the beach and so convenient to the National Park.

Great location. Wonderful for swimming walking cycling. Sitting in the covered verandah was a great joy with a view to die for. House very comfortable with everything to make the holiday carefree and relaxing.

Nice holiday

It was easy to find on Stayz and very well communicated from start to finish. Agents communication is pretty well in keys collection. Property has all amenities and very close to beach. Parents and kids enjoyed a lot during the stay. We will definitely book this property again if available on out next holiday

Fabulous property for a family friendly gathering catering for everyone’s needs. The seperate flat downstairs provides a great parents retreat. Facilities in the house are terrific. 5 stars!

Awesome location and great house

The house is really big with lots of space for everyone. Great location opposite the beach. Good facilities, plenty of room and beds. House was clean but needs a spring clean as there was dust under the beds, skirtings and window sills. On the whole really enjoyed our stay.

Long weekend getaway

Overall was what we were all after great place to celebrate my brother turning 40 and it all went to plan as it was a surprise only negative I have is cleaners need to do a better job didn’t like having to clean the house before we enjoyed it

Easter holiday

The house was just perfect for what we wanted. Big enough to sleep lots, 3 bathrooms, ocean views, off road parking. We were absolutely impressed it had everything we needed. There was only one downside to our stay, it stated there was a futon downstairs for one couple, but there was no futon, so they had to be separated into different roons in bunk beds

Winter getaway

We loved it! Had everything we needed, even for the 2 dogs. We fished, swam and enjoyed the weather especially during winter. This was a nice break for my family and my sister's famiy and was very accomodating for our brother who is recoving from a hip replacement. Thank you. Will come again.

Good get away

Location and price was good. However house needs to bit more TLC. Many blinds broken, windows rusted so cant open or hard to open, ceiling fans dusty. I dont believe the cleaners were through the property as pne of the toilets was not cleaned properly.

Maloney's Beach House

Location was excellent. However house needs some maintenance - second TV not working and gate to backyard broken. BBQ not clean. Would have expected more in the way of basic supplies for the amount paid - 3 rolls of toilet paper for 8 guests! Also found the need to take or hire all linen inconvenient - details given for linen hire out of date.

Excellent location. The ocean view never gets old!

The house is very spacious and enough furniture for a comfy stay accommodating 4 adults and 6 kids. The outdoor enclosed balcony is great to sit out and suited us well as it rained most of the days, so it was nice to have a view of the ocean. The kitchen and dining room were sufficient for our stay. The house is outdated but this didn't bother us as we were looking for a comfortable and spacious house close to the beach (directly opposite) and it did not dissappoint. The owners are very responsive and provided great assistance. Having an outdoor hot shower is great to wash of the sand. We hiked along the Acheron Trail to Reef Point and was an easy walk with 2 toddlers. Lots of kangaroos everywhere. Local cafe is a 5 min walk and the owner bakes everything. Would love to visit again.
