"Marco and his assistant were absolutely amazing! Fully renovated room, AC, two balconies, place is walkable to port, Toledo, pretty much all historic landmarks of Naples… we’ve taken a tour to Pompei, they picked us up, within 2 minute walk from the property. Marco used WhatsApp, so if you travel without local cell service- not a problem, WiFi is enough, and he was able to open everything for us remotely, even when no one was around. Breakfast served in the room… I was super happy :)"

"We stayed one night. The owner was very communicative with check in times to make sure he could be there to let us in and explain everything.
It's a small, personal business so not a typical hotel . You need to order your breakfast then evening before but the croissants and bread were delicious.
We had a family room which was large, the air conditioning was great and amazing as it was so hot in Naples, and the beds were comfortable. The shower was powerful.
All in all a great place to stay and...

"This room was perfect for our stay in Naples. The main floor had a big bed (possibly a king), and there was a cozy loft with a daybed. We appreciated the abundance of hangers both upstairs and down, along with a railing for hanging clothes. The small balcony overlooking the lane below added a lovely touch of charm.

"We had a very nice stay at Apartamento Annunziata. The location is super - close to shopping in Via Toledo and Centro Storico. The metro station in Via Toledo is also close, which made it easy to get to Piazza Garibaldi/central station (and onward to Pompeii). The Bed and Breakfast isn't very noticeable on street level, but once you get to the 5th floor and above, you have a lovely view of the city. "Wir haben ein paar Tage in dem B&B von Bruno verbracht und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral zum Altstadtkern gelegen. Mit dem Frühstück startet man gut in den Tag. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder übernachten. Alles super!"

Bed was firm. Hairdryer was strong (2100 Watts) with the directional attachment! Best hairdryer I’ve come across in a hotel. Safe building. The only complaint was that there were 4 shampoos but no shower gel or lotion. However, excellent shower. The interior is modern. Host is responsive. "

"The room was great. The beds are a little firm but much more preferable than too soft for us. There are 2 heavy gates to access the property plus the locked door to the lobby then finally our room so safety was never a concern. Our host communicated quickly after I had posed several questions and was even timely in her response when I had a question after checkout.
