"The house was accurately listed. The beds were extremely comfortable and accommodated the five of us well. It is conveniently located with only a few minutes drive to the grocery and downtown area.The provisions (towels, toiletries, etc) were plentiful and thoughtful.All in all, it was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Perfect for our work crew."

"We were in Grand Fork for a wedding. Had a lot of activities to attend so did not have an opportunity to use all of the amenities. Host were very accommodating with check in."

Much appreciated central air conditioning for the “heat wave” that settled in during our stay. Well-furnished kitchen and the complimentary waters and snacks are a thoughtful touch. "The main floor and additional downstairs allowed us to spread out. The kitchen was basic, but allowed us to make a couple of simple meals. I appreciated that the two bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths provided us the space and comfort for our family. The neighborhood is rather rough and the exterior of the building made me pause when we approached, but the inside showed care and was clean."

"There were certain things that I was looking for when I booked this VRBO. I thought I had found all that I needed, but the description on the site doesn't match the actuality. This "one bedroom" studio is definitely not 1132 sq ft. It's probably closer to 110 sq ft. Parking is not available every day (scheduled street sweeping prevents it certain days). The kitchen was not fully equipped nor some things in good condition. Lighting isn't well distributed so that parts of the room are bright and...

"Met our very basic needs. With our group of 6, and a busy weekend of activities, this rental saved us from booking 3 hotel rooms. We were all able to stay together, the beds were soft, and the space was clean. Located on a busy street but you can't hear the street noise from most of the sleeping spaces. Conveniently located on Gateway Drive, close to campus. Host was very responsive to questions."

"We were in town for a robotics tournament, and this home was a great place to stay. There were 6 of us, and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and hang out. It was a 15 minute drive to the venue (Alerus Center) and restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The neighborhood was nice and quiet.
