"Başka bir hotel rezervasyonumuzu iptal ettiği için aynı günün sabahı buraya rezervasyon yaptık ve hiç sorun yapamadık. Odalar gayet temizdi, banyo biraz eskiydi, konum olarak her yere çok yakın ve gece geç saatte bile gelsek güvende hissettik. Resepsiyondaki görevliler ingilizce biliyordu ve anlaşması kolaydı. "

"Everything was perfect about this property. I booked last minute after a terrible experience at another hotel. Hotel Sana exceeded on many levels. Excellent location, clean, friendly and very nice room. If I return to Sarajevo I would only book there."

"This is THE best property to stay at in Sarajevo. I stayed at another for a night before switching here and it felt like such a relief upon checking in. The room was so comfortable, clean and I loved that the TV had Netflix available. It’s right in the old town center, very near the copper street and has a ton of food and cafes right outside the door. The staff was excellent and I will definitely be recommending this to everyone I know! "

"We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights . The location could not be better ! The old town with food and shopping were but a minute or so away. It is though located on a very busy road that has the tram running along it so it was very loud. The accommodation was a bit rougher around the edges than expected with some extra cleaning probably needed in some places but not bad for the price."
