"We had a great stay here while we were in town visiting family. The house was very clean and updated. There were toiletries and snacks left for us which was very thoughtful and useful during our stay. We had two kids with us and we enjoyed playing some football in the yard and had plenty of space in the house. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. No issues. "

"Several (adult) family members were gathering to celebrate some family birthdays. The home met expectations and was clean. We didn’t use the hot tub but it was on and ready. We were there during a holiday weekend and messaging through the VRBO app was a bit slow but texting worked much better. Very nice suburban neighborhood and met one friendly neighbor who took pictures for us. We would definitely rent this property again."

"We loved this rental. The place was perfect for our family. The beds are very comfortable and loved the noise machines in the bedrooms. It had everything we needed and was super close to some local restaurants and coffee shops. The property manager was very responsive and helpful during our stay. Would definitely stay again."

"Our group staying on the property was 4 college buddies in town for the wedding of two friends from school. The property was very clean and perfect for what we needed. The host, Bryon, was extremely communicative and made the entire process easy! Highly recommend working with the host, as it was a first-class experience."

"Entry hallway was dirty coupled with the laundry, and the bed pillows was terrible. Refrigerator had some stains and we were left with only one towel in the per each bathroom. It was entirely bad experience! "

"We were in town because I was undergoing a medical procedure and my family needed a place to stay for about 5 days. The house was clean, quiet, and well stocked with snacks and personal touches my family appreciated. The host was super willing to be flexible for our needs. "

"Perfect place to stay if you want to watch a Michigan game at the BIG HOUSE, without paying ridiculous Ann Arbor prices. One street gets you from here to Michigan Stadium in 10 minutes. House has all you need and the host is very responsive to text messages. Would stay here again. "

"We had a wonderful stay in this quiet, spacious and and clean house. The location is about a 15 min drive to Ann Arbor, and access and parking was very easy. The owner was very prompt and helpful in their communications. Would definitely stay again!"

"Across from the Kerrytown market and just a few blocks from Ann Arbor's best shop. Private, off street parking, clear instructions. Really could not have asked for more."

"This house was clean, there was a smooth check in process and the beds were comfortable. Though we found all the bedrooms to be so minuscule that you could barely fit in a suitcase leaving very little room to walk around the bed or close the door. There are no closets in this house only a few hooks and hangers. So if you have more than a backpack full of clothing this is not for you. Also, there was little evidence in the listing to suggest that this house is at a busy noisy intersection. So...
