"We had a family emergency and were unable to use the night we had booked. Expedia tried to cancel the reservation for me and get a refund but the hotel did not respond to numerous phone calls or an email. I was charged for a room I could not use."

"Great location. Everything you need is right there. The room itsekf was good, but a bit dirty (bathtub dirty, cobwebs in room). Bed was clean and comfy. Breakfast was good."

"I checked in to room 101. It was flooded due to a fridge malfunction. Changed to room 105. The smell of smoke was too much for the spray. They set me up in 115. Still stunk of smoke but not as bad. They have patio doors on the main floor and I was told guests just step out to smoke. I asked for a ..."
