"Food from the restaurant was ok, drinks was good. I had a passion fruit smoothie. Breakfast was fresh. Staff service was good. Room was ok, tiny in size compared to other hotels. We had to call maintenance because the sink was clogged and the bathtub water pooled before it drained while you’re taking a shower. Hotel is ok for a layover but wouldn’t recommend if staying for longer than that. Positive thing, although that we were right at the airport it was not really noticeable as the rooms are...

"This place is a scam, they waited for me to leave the hotel for the airport then charged my card an extra $250 for a smoking fee in the room. I do not smoke, or never smoked. They judged me simply because I was black and charged me this extra amount as a scam once I checked out."

My husband couldn't fit and he isn't fat. Finally my family of 4 had to be in multiple rooms because they couldn't accommodate what we paid for."

"Staff was relatively quiet and kept to themselves as to not bother guest. But also maintained many properties in the area. The hotel was quaint but these stairs were quite the workout. Not an idea space for anyone with handicap needs or disabilities. Be sure to communicate with staff for parking permits and request extra towels ahead of time. Overall a great experience and no more than a 15-20 minute walk to viejo San Juan "

"Very nice place to stay. AC cold, hot water good, lighting, TV, and Internet were awesome. Mini fridge. No microwave or clothe iron. There is large safe that can fit a laptop. I enjoy the place and would stay there in the future."
