"Central location with easy access to restaurants and shops. Parking is a few blocks away, so it’s not ideal. There is a lot next to the hotel where patrons can unload their luggage. Our 3rd-floor room was very nice, but we kept banging our heads into the slanted walls b/c we are tall. We were glad for the elevator! Staff were great and welcoming. Very responsive to a request we had to check a wobbly toilet. (They tightened the bolts.) Coffee and tea stations on every floor, and glass jars filled...

Hard to find anyone to do anything - no front desk staff at all. Room not available on time. Very onerous cancellation and change policies. Not worth the cost AT ALL - stay somewhere else!"

"Very misleading, arguably a scam! Pictures of the place were not accurate. There was no A/C. Bathtub was filthy and not properly cleaned. "Great room. King bed, refrigerator, popcorn, TV, plenty of towels for two people. Only drawbacks were walking up the stairs to the second floor with a lot of luggage, and a $25 parking fee/day. No elevator. AC worked well. Good location: walkable to the fort, waterfront, shops, restaurants, cafes, entertainment, and museums and Flagler college. Office staff neutral (not friendly or unfriendly), parking attendants great. "

"Well. Next time I look at reviews of a property I will go much deeper than the first ten. It’s like this was an abandoned building project turned into 10 bedrooms. The smell of cleaning chemicals is overwhelming on entry by keypad sent after you upload your license. Pool is a plunge pool. Sandy beach is a mile down the road. The common area is uncommonly uncomfortable.
AC is controlled remotely despite instructions telling you to set at your desired temperature. Over a 15 hour period the...
