"Very nice and clean hotel. For some reason we were out in a handicap assessable room in the first floor. Room 117. As night approached we noticed there was no shade to pull down to keep the big bright light right outside our room at bay so we could sleep. Which made it almost impossible to sleep cause it was like the dark room had the lights on. At 5:15am, the breakfast crew arrived. And we were the wall right behind them. As they opened each cubbard, drawer, etc it slammed against...

"Unfortunately there was no one on staff for the weekend. That was advertised on the door but not on Expedia nor anywhere on the Aisling's website. It is a long stay place and is in a bit of a rough area. We did not stay so cannot comment on the actual amenities."

"The hotel is tired. Bathroom faucet pulled out of the wall when I turned shower on, this was a little terrifying lol. One bath towel provided. Coffee maker did not work. Overall I guess you pay for what you get as it did not cost much to stay. Our server in the bar& grill restaurant was absolutely awesome and I wish I remembered her name so I could give a shout out! The food was good too."

"This property is perfect for a one or two night stay downtown. While it isn't super nice, it has good underground parking, they have a breakfast area and do breakfasts. The lobby offers pamphlets on things to do around Great Falls and the rooms are nice enough you are comfortable. At least I always am and I have stayed here many times. AC worked great, bed was comfy, shower was clean and worked well. Provided toiletries which is nice."

"Hotel needs a lot of modernization. Bath was strained brown, there was some kind of mold or something behind the toilet bowl. Breakfast was not good. Tiny muffins with no description. People screaming at each other at about 1 am!! And someone running up and down the hallway. This is not as promised In the brochure. I was embarrassed as I had booked a friend a room on our journey back home and this was the place I booked. Wish I could get a refund."

"The price of the property was good as well as the location, but the cleanliness know I found a hair on what was supposed to be a clean towel… The door was very difficult to enter every time and there was no icemaker on any floors. The guest was responsible for filling the ice cube trays which were not filled upon coming into the room. I would not recommend this hotel."

"My son and I each had a room. I did not see the state of my son's room until the next morning. My room: food and giant dust balls under the beds. Thick dust on the AC unit, bathroom vent, lamps. Pee, hair and dirt around the toilet. Crud in the window track. During the night the refrigerator stopped working and the massively iced-over freezer melted all over the floor. I used my towels to soak it up. Son's room: equally dirty. Sock from previous guest on a lightbulb. Missing smoke detector. Hair...
