"Very nice and clean hotel. For some reason we were out in a handicap assessable room in the first floor. Room 117. As night approached we noticed there was no shade to pull down to keep the big bright light right outside our room at bay so we could sleep. Which made it almost impossible to sleep cause it was like the dark room had the lights on. At 5:15am, the breakfast crew arrived. And we were the wall right behind them. "Our new favorite hotel in Great Falls, MT...actually, in the world! It's got such authentic retro charm. Our room was newly renovated, but in 1950's style, including a vinyl record player! The hotel is old, and looks its age in some ways, but what a delight! To crown it off, the Sip n Dip cocktail bar (with real swimming mermaids) ranks right up there as one of the greatest bars on the planet."

"We appreciated that you park in a garage that was under the hotel, as it was raining when we arrived, so no carrying in our luggage in the rain. The guy at the front desk was helpful and directed us to a good restaurant for dinner. It was also close to the interpretive center we went to in the morning. It was clean and very affordable."

"The price of the property was good as well as the location, but the cleanliness know I found a hair on what was supposed to be a clean towel… The door was very difficult to enter every time and there was no icemaker on any floors. The guest was responsible for filling the ice cube trays which were not filled upon coming into the room. I would not recommend this hotel."

"The rooms were fine size. They were reasonably clean. There was need of repair on the floor in front of the main floor elevator. Saw several people trip on the tiles. The room we stayed in was noisy and there was light around the door. The breakfast is not complimentary like other hotels. They expect you to sit down to a full priced meal in their building. Their staff was friendly and reasonably prompt."
