"I love this quaint hotel in downtown Great Falls. It's quiet and the beds are so comfortable it's hard to get up. The staff is always welcoming and kind. Rooms are tastefully decorated and the location is perfect."

"Was strictly microwave breakfast, but ample selection. Cereal, bagels, yogurt, muffins, coffee, etc. Very unique and tastefully restored building. Beautiful bar. Read the history of the building and watch the video of the restoration of a historic block. Considered it a privilege to stay."

"There was black mold/mildew in the shower. The water in the shower was not as hot as we like. Our room did not look like the picture. It was inexpensive. "

"Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. There was A LOT of noise from the street which made it difficult to sleep. Breakfast was a bit lacking in selection in comparison to other hotels we’ve been to. Food items were often not replenished and we had to ask for them."

"Everything was fine except the broken toilet seat in room 411. Could not get it fixed so we just did our best. Staff was kind but seemed powerless to remedy our situation."

"The first room we were given reeked of smoke despite being a non smoking hotel. This caused me to have an asthma attack. When I returned to the front desk I was immediately given a different room that did not smell of smoke. Neither room had functioning AC units. I also reported that someone was smoking in the room across the hall from us but I don't think anything was done about it (room 114). The breakfast had a good selection of items and a cheerful staff member working at it. Leigh G"

"This hotel had an actual breakfast; bacon, scrambled eggs and hash browns!!!! They also had various breads for toast, desserts, yogurt and various drinks. This is the only hotel of all the ones we have stayed at that had this kind of breakfast. Very good for them!!!! The hotel was one of the better we have that we have stayed in. Keep up the good work. "

"Had to wait for someone to show up at the desk to checkin. When going to our room the hallway reeked if pot. When going to use the pool there was a disgusting film layering the top of the water. There were bugs and dirt on the window sill. The beds looked like they have been rolled in beds made up in a hurry."

"Dirty room floor. No coffee for breakfast on most days at 8 am. Breakfast bars for breakfast. Staff is invisible unless you shout for them. Stayed for more than a week and no linen change or any kind of room cleaning. Like a cargo trailer with a semi comfortable bed."

"Stains and hair on the pillows and sheets. Talking, shouting, and slamming doors most of the night; judging by the loafers hanging out in the early evening there's more than lodging going on so stay away for safety concerns."

"When I arrived, there was a group of really rough looking individuals out in the parking lot. The front door of the entrance was broken. The glass was broken in one of the windows. It was not somewhere. I felt safe spending the night so I left the property. I would really appreciate a refund for my stay. This is really rough part of town and poorly maintained with beer, cans, and trash throughout the parking lot."
