"The location was convenient for my stay. The beds were decently sleepable, and the staff were friendly. The water took a few minutes to turn hot, but that is my only (minor at that) complaint. Overall, would stay again 10/10."

"Staying here was an amazing experience! The hotel itself, and the staff were so impressive and comforting. It was a birthday trip and they welcomed me with a bottle of bubbles! It is a super convenient location in relation to public transport, great food and views in the area. I will definitely stay here again! "

"We stayed here on a Saturday night. The hotel is in a great location especially if you like visiting Chinatown and is very clean. Check in and check out was a breeze. Parking is also available for a fee and very accessible. Highly recommend this hotel when in NY."

"We checked in late (after midnight) the staff was accomodating and it was a quick check in. There was a wedding party, very loud, we could hear them on the first floor (our room) but at least we couldn't hear them inside the room. Room A/C wasn't superstrong, however the GM of the hotel was very apologetic and took care of us, so 5 star for there concern for their guests. Room was fine, clean, and everything worked. Would stay again."
