"Overall the room was clean but had a very strong musty wet smell. Was a bit noisy above us and outside the window. Was good for a just one night stay to attend a concert at the Barclays Center. Was within walking distance! Really nice complementary breakfast. Overall would recommend."

"My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 1 night. I originally had a double queen bedroom, but called and asked if there were any king beds available. The front desk lady found an accessible king bedroom and changed it for me. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only issues was the smell in the bathroom that was like a sewer backed up, I believe it was from the drain in the middle of the bathroom floor. Also, the refrigerator needed to be more secured because it kept...

"The stay was decent, I’m glad the entire property is smoke free. My only concern is the stench on the bedding. Also, I felt springs in the bed perhaps the property needs to upgrade their mattresses or maybe just that room has a worn out mattress. Overall, the stay was good."

"飛行機に乗り遅れ、急遽、２泊することに。ツインのバスタブ付きのお部屋は、それまで泊まっていたマンハッタンのホテル(お値段は倍以上)よりも清潔で快適。ベストウエスタンらしいシンプルで最低限のアメニティではありましたが、リネン類やお風呂は清潔で、冷蔵庫に加えて電子レンジも備えられていました。無料の朝食は卵(オムレツとスクランブルの間？)、ベーコンまたはソーセージ、コーヒー・紅茶、ジュース類、シリアル・パン・パンケーキ、果物、とベストウエスタン朝食でしたが、十分でした。地下には小さいながらフィットネススペースもあり、ランニングマシンもありましたよ。ホテルから1ブロックのところのバス停からJFKのエアトレインまで数駅で空港アクセスも抜群。近隣にスーパーなどもあり、部屋からUberのオーダーも可能です。"
