I was sent downstairs by this security guard Cynthia for a third pool pass. While I was gone, I received a frantic call from my daughter crying and panicked. the guard was screaming at them, claiming it was “her pool” and that she was “their superior.” She then forced them out without allowing them to grab towels, leaving them wet, cold, and humiliated in 50-degree weather. My girls were in tears and terrified.
When I confronted the guard, I recorded the interaction. She was aggressive, loud, and unprofessional, with me showing no remorse and escalating .this person should never be in a position of authority, especially around children and I hope this person was fired
