"We have stayed in many CBTS units and many leave little to be desired but we loved this condo. This was clean, modern and i was pleasantly surprised to see a stocked spice cabinet! The bed linens from the housekeeper were soft. The kids loved the bunk beds and the very large collection of DVDs- we didn’t use Netflix all week! We had a wonderful stay. "

"The house is well equipped for a family stay. Lots of beach chair and toys, games in the living room and the beach super close. We didnt have internet while we were there because of a lightening strike that fried the modem the wk before but honestly we didnt even need it. Phil dropped off a jet pack for us but we didn't even use the tvs."

"What a great place for our maiden voyage to the Outer Banks! The house was so spacious, bedrooms, and bathrooms for everyone and then some. We did a lot of cooking because my daughter has a food allergy, kitchen was easy to work in and well appointed. The house is just a two minute walk to a great beach, but the pool was the big hit for the kids. We don’t have a pool when my kids are water babies, so that was pretty incredible. Pool was well appointed to with multiple Floaties and toys. And so...

"Our family of 4 had a wonderful time at this charming and comfortable cottage. Driving on the beach was intimidating at first, but it added to the adventure and fun. We also loved using the kayaks and paddle boards to explore the canals and sound. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a unique way to experience the outer banks, without the crowds and traffic, this is it! We will definitely be back. "
