"We loved this property! The units were very clean and equipped well. Very close to Bar Harbor and Acadia. The huge outdoor patio had comfortable seating and a fire pit for guest to use. Also had another area for grilling with quality grills for guest use. Would definitely recommend this property and we would stay there again if we travel that way. "

"Good place to rest your head with parking (a luxury in Bar Harbor). Made two separate reservations because decided to add a night. No issues whatsoever. Lots of amenities-provided everything you need! Kitchen a plus. Good amount of space. "

"Landmark 1910 Shingle-style mansion centrally located next to downtown Bar Harbor, just steps from the sand bar to Bar Island. House was as advertised; maintenance and operating features fine; booking and check-in process smooth. A perfect venue for an extended family reunion. (We booked the house for my wife's 70th birthday.)"

"Highbrook Motel was a great place to stay. We were there 5 nights. Our room was very clean with good quality linens and towels, water pressure was great, amenities more than adequate. It was so convenient to order breakfast every day to eat in our room or on the porch in front of our room. We had access to more coffee, chocolate chip cookies and ability to pop popcorn. Front desk is very responsive. We could walk or ride a shuttle to town for restaurants and to see the sights. We hope to stay...

"A wonderful stay, perfect family home - we comfortably fit 7 people and 2 dogs. Really enjoyed time out on the deck as a family. Very easy to get to trails and town from the house. Would recommend staying at Ken’s! "

"The included breakfast was so good and highly recommended. There was an electrical outlet in the bathroom that didn’t work. Also, not sure if it was us, but we couldn’t get the door to lock. However, for the location, cleanliness. We would stay here again. I might recommend a bigger refrigerator since we did have leftovers and they didn’t always fit in the fridge. "

"The house could not possibly be more perfect.First, the location: The property is situated only 10 to 15 minutes from downtown Bar Harbor, so fine dining and shopping are a quick car ride away. But the cabin itself is secluded and quiet, located in a breathtakingly beautiful setting with gorgeous sunsets. It’s great to be able to enjoy the amenities of the town, but still be able to escape the crowds to such a lovely setting. Outstanding hiking is also available minutes away in Acadia National...

"Daylily is in a PERFECT location in the center of town. It is just a few minutes walk to everything, including the free shuttle. Check in was smooth and easy with a door code; everyone in our group could come and go when they wanted. The kitchen had plates, glasses, and utensils as well as basic cooking oils and spices. The extra half bathroom came in very handy with our group of 5. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Very clean, modern space. Property owner was very informative and gave perfect instructions for check in/out. Apt was in great location, at end of village, in quiet area of town, but within walking distance to everything, no need to drive for Village activities. Included all necessities. Only upgrade I would suggest would be to add a full length mirror in the bedrooms or somewhere in apt. Otherwise, no complaints! Would definitely recommend and stay again!!"
