"We were in the area for a wedding, and this property worked beautifully to house our family at half the price of local hotels. Great value! Spacious, with great gathering spaces. Remote feeling and beautiful setting! "

"The property is beautiful and the house was perfect for our family stay. The house is spacious and well equipped, the grounds are well kept and the view is spectacular. We loved gazing out at the lake. There are plenty of things to do. The kids enjoyed fishing off the pier and kayaking in the lake. The Foosball table saw plenty of action as well. We truly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to visiting again in the future. "

"We rented the house as two of our daughters live in the area making get together very easy. Our third daughter was visiting from Texas and also wanted to visit with her best friend, so the size and location were perfect.Many deer first thing in the morning and then in the afternoon we were entertained by a rafter of turkeys. The view was very nice and you were just far enough away from towns and traffic. Very relaxing."

"Our stay at duck pond was just as wonderful as advertised. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything our family of four (adult to 6years old) needed. The property itself was serine and ruggedly well kept. The loft ladder was quite steep. So, not for anyone who may not be able to climb a vertical ladder or very young children. The kayak onsite was a nice touch but another PFD would have been nice. Overall duck pond was a 5 star for our family and would definitely rent again!"

"This cabin is perfect for a stay for a small family or couple. All necessary accommodations are available the environment was so cozy and clean. The host has good communication and was willing to accommodate our dog that recently got hurt right before our trip and our child whom we had to take our trip. The host even offered a Air mattress if needed. This is a highly recommended VRBO and I would definitely stay again at this location! "

"Quiet country stay conveniently located near Oroville and Chico. Huge lawn surrounded by many different fruit trees available for the picking in season. Informative, friendly, and knowledgeable owners who live on site. One of our very favorite vacation stays. "

"Awesome place to host a Thanksgiving family reunion for 16. Absolutely no issues, plenty plus more of everything needed. We brought things we didn't end up needing. When we are back in Grass Valley we will be renting again! "

"Great accommodations for a large group with spaces for lounging, a bar and large commercial kitchen. Meat and clean and near a ton of stuff to do. "

"Studio itself was very clean and the main area was spacious for the three of us and our grehyhound. The main floor had a daybed, with a hide-away for another person. The loft had one bed for two. There is not much height in the loft so you do have to crouch to get into bed. It was fine for our purpose. The ladder/stairs to get up were a bit narrow at the top but they felt pretty sturdy and safe. The 1/2 bath is located just outside the door, approx 10ft away for our use only. Not a big deal for...

"Our family stayed at the campsite for a weekend where we had gone rafting and wanted to spend more time enjoying the local rivers. The hosts were fantastic, treating us more like family showing up to visit than guests at a campground. They helped us get settled and were available with tips and recommendations for the area.
