Underwhelming.
Arrived, took my own bags out the car and was only when i was about to open the door myself the bell boys did anything at all.
Car parking isn’t theirs, nor do they have their own parks roped off like most others. You share it with the shopping center so if you arrive at midday, prepare for a 30 minute car parking hunt/maybe no parks at all. No option of valet, although i did notice the car parking has its own valet when we were leaving.
Finally checked into the room to find a notice about construction noise during the day for our stay, and a freshly painted room that would get you high in five minutes (seriously, did anybody walk into that room beforehand?). Changed rooms. Checkin process: 1 hours.
Breakfast. Average at best. Possibly the smallest “buffet”, with the sole of the worst food i’ve had in a long while. “crispy bacon” means “carpet bacon” with no taste at all. Big kitchen, with no utensils, you have to order if you want to use them.

room was m is huge, gym and pool areas were amazing, although lack of cleaning instruments/staff was concerning .
Plenty better options very close by that are much better value with much better service/breakfast options. Without the facilities and location this seems like a 3 star hotel at best. It seems management haven’t stepped out of their bubble and seen what they are competing with, and that they are just living off their corporate rates.
I certainly won’t be back.
