Nice Hotel thats not far from the action. Staff were nice i just had a incident with a staffer who must be new that didnt know the address to the property when I went to book another stay and asked was this the correct property twice and she said yes. I booked the property turns out it wasn't the same property it was another Citrus property around corner. I tried to get my money back on Agoda and they tried but the other property would not ok the cancelation even tho i was at there sister location so i end up losing my money becauee i didnt want to pack up and move. They reduced the price some but wouldnt compensate there mistake they just expect you to except there mistakes and live with it which in US the Customer when in the right we trying to make the customer whole and they did not that really upset me and they really didnt help the situation. I have worked in Hotel instry for 20 years and Airline for 15 so taking care of customer issues is the Standard especially when at fault. Other then the issue the property is nice and breakfast was slightly above average.
