"Room was spotless, though a little outdated - same with the club lounge. Club lounge provided beer, wine and spirits & mixers. Staff were all very courteous. Easy check in. Hotel close to a sky train station, bus stop and plenty of taxis & tuk-tuks around also. Having a balcony on the 56th floor made our stay incredible, especially with the river view! Made our special trip, extra special. Only downfall is the sky bar is very busy and guests there use the same lifts - sometimes a bit of wait to...
