"I was picked up from the airport got to the location early the room was available they allowed me to check in the staff helped me with my luggage they explained to everything was as far as the pool the gym the restaurant and also advised me of what was around locally in case I wanted to do something outside of my stay. "Zimmer schön und geräumig. Klimaanlage war abends (21.30 Uhr) defekt und überschwemmte den Küchenbereich des Zimmers. Techniker schnell vor Ort und schraubte, wischte usw. gesamt 1,5 Stunden. Entschädigung dafür null und das bei 5 Sternen. Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig. Im Außenbereich des Frühstückrestaurant massives Problem mit Spatz und Taube. "
