"The room was awful and very dirty. The carpet was dingy, stain, you can see cuts of improvement. The windows, behind headboard was dirty, dusty and hair, toilet area was very nasty, phone next to toilet had stains and the room was 14 cel was very cold. They couldn’t fix the temperature. This Manila Hotel is overrated and overpriced because it’s historic."

"The rooms are clean but also dated and some badly need improvement. The staff are friendly and willing to help. Having said that I quite like the place as the rooms are larger than the more modern hotels in the area."

"The staff are very polite and helpful, however, whoever owns this hotel needs to update it completely. It is dated , visually aging. The options for dining are limited only one all day dining and one ala carte that only open at certain times. Food ordered has to be paid and cannot be charged to the room, this is a very dated procedure and not convenient to travellers. "Thank you for taking care of my Mother and daughter on their stay. They were there for 3 nights for my daughter’s interview at the Embassy and every time they comeback to the room its always clean and that made them comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Thank you!"

"I did not have to park. My GRAB service was able to park with ease for us. Located next to 7-11 and a 3 min walk from China Town. Exit and to the left. Very clean. Always had security at door. Got confused on my last day and staff helped me stay a bit longer to get my flight corrected. Thank you so much for your compassion. Staff tried to help me. Room was perfect. "

"The area was nice and very accessible to the embassy and other agencies. The only problem was that the moment we entered the room, we were greeted by many cockroaches. The floor and walls had some cracks, and some parts of the floor were open to the other room, which I thought was where the cockroaches came from — they just crossed borders."

"Startede opholdet med at ikke kunne få låsen op til værelset og fik hjælp men ikke repareret og måtte kæmpe med låsen under hele opholdet. Værelset var ok og heller ikke mere. Senge var så hård at man lige så godt kunne lægge på gulvet. Lagen var så småt at gik op hele tiden og uden topmadras. Tror personalet havde rum tæt på for høj musik kl 6 om morgen og ingen vindue kunne åbnes og kunne heller ikke se ud. Og der er ingen elevator. Jeg har rejst meget men det her er det værste hotel jeg har...
