"The staff was nice and the computer with printer access was very helpful. But the room was disappointing. My shower drain did not drain well. The carpets were very dirty and the blanket on the bed had stains on it. Had to just take it off and throw it in the floor."

Lord Baltimore Hotel
"Needed a place to stay for one night while attending an event at CFG arena. I started looking for alternatives once I checked in. The place needs extensive work, cleaning and updating."

Holiday Inn Baltimore BWI Airport by IHG
"Very clean. For as close as it was to the airport, it was surprisingly quiet. Staff was kind and helpful. Water didn’t get very hot and things seemed dated, but those were really the only negatives."

Sonesta Hotel Baltimore Inner Harbor
"Our room was large and clean. Close to the CFG bank arena for a concert. Staff was excellent."

"Our visit didn't start out well. We got there at 5:30pm. The lobby was not air conditioned, it was hotter in there then outside. We were then told our room was not ready and they didn't know when it would be ready. When I said check in was at 3, I was told check in 'starts at 3'. We waited about ..."
