Look forward to a charming holiday home on the edge of the eastern northern Harz Mountains and very close to the world heritage city of Quedlinburg. The semi-detached house offers space for a couple or a small family and a group with dog and is a cozy holiday accommodation with a covered terrace, garden and barbecue facilities. Property is completely fenced. The holiday home is located on the outskirts of Ballenstedt in a quiet residential area. In addition to beautiful hikes, you can visit many sights in the region. The highlight in the vicinity is Quedlinburg with its winding old town streets, inviting restaurants and cafés, small shops with handicrafts and regional specialties. The extensively renovated holiday home has a well-equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, a TV in the living room and in the bedroom on the top floor, a spacious bathroom with shower and tub and a bicycle shed. You can also relax and enjoy a drink on the terrace. A parking space is also available. Four-legged friends are welcome. The house price includes the costs for final cleaning, energy costs and the provision of bed linen and towels. Additional costs only arise for your four-legged friend (dog) with you at €5/day and the visitor's tax from the city of Ballenstedt.
