"The hotel location is good. The check-in was simple and fast and the Staff was nice. The room was very clean and up to date; the split a/c system was working well for heating and easy to use. Overall, we are pleased with our stay, thanks."

"In our room there was only one PowerPoint for a family with multiple phones and tablets sharing one PowerPoint. Disappointed that shower had a curtain as water went everywhere. Great location for sovereign hill village and easy access. At times not enough parking. Breakfast appeared to be expensive ..."
