"The cabin is the perfect place to visit with our family. Quiet location on an orchard. Cabin is fully equipped for multi - day visits. Tom Range is a wonderful host."

"Property was extremely comfortable and inviting. The back yard is perfect for sitting and outdoor activities with a fire pit and surrounding area. Peaceful front porch with swing, relaxing place for morning coffee. Towering trees keep the property cool and shaded through the day. The property is accommodating and the attention to detail is notable, everything you need to make your stay perfectly enjoyable. "

"My wife really liked the rustic feel of the place and was impressed with how clean it was at the same time. For me, it felt like a retirement property that I’d had for years, it was very welcoming. We didn’t take advantage of the water (kayaks, fishing, etc..) but we had friends over and used the grill to cook. We’d take our dogs outside in the back of the house and there was never any problem. "My friends and I thought this home was so cute. It was within walking distance of a few places in St. Genevieve. It was very clean and large enough for the four of us. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Very nice and relaxing stay. Property was exactly as listed and did not disappoint at all! Great location the downtown waterloo and about 30 mins away from STL. Accommodations were great and so was Rika! We even ran out of propane on the grill at 10 pm and it was replaced even before we woke up the next morning. Highly recommended, we will be staying there again! "

"From the beginning, Sarah was so easy to communicate with! The loft was gorgeous (very updated and decorated beautifully), location was amazing (our toddler enjoyed looking at the downtown lights outside of the loft, people watching, and live music), and there was plenty of space for our 7 toddler in the loft! It was also a quick, easy drive to Sugar Spring Ranch for the wedding reception we were attending.Will definitely seek out this property to rent again when we find ourself in Waterloo!"
