"The apartment/annex was quaint and very clean. Check in/out was very easy and we had no major issues while we were there. I will say that the listing was slightly confusing as it still has the description of the full house even though it's just the annex. I didn't realize at first booking that it was just the apartment until I re-read it the next day. It's not a big deal as the apartment was PERFECT for what we needed which was a place to hangout/sleep while in town for a concert."

"Not only did it feel only "kind of" clean, but some of the things on the listing should be updated. They have changed the check out time to 10am instead of the advertised 11am. (Hand written on the rule list in the room with 11am crossed out with pen) Caused us to not catch a shower after our trail half marathon before our 15 hour drive home. "Nice little house in a decent location. Only 10 minutes to Vystar Arena, which was nice. Only a few minutes from breweries, restaurants, and coffee shops. We only stayed one night, so we didn't use the washer/dryer or cook in the kitchen, so I can't accurately review the state of those amenities. The heat was off in the house when we got there, but it seemed to warm up fairly quickly with the help of the space heaters.
