"The hotel is a bit remote from the center of the city but is located in a very quiet area. I truly enjoyed my 6-day stay and felt always comfortable. Staff are all always very kind and friendly, and speak English well. "Room is dirty (the floor, the sheets, the pillow, yellow running water). We booked a room through Expedia for 2 nights stay. Somehow when we arrive at 9pm for check-in, we were told that our reservation was cancelled was cancelled by us at 5pm that day and was not given any explanation,we had no choice but to rebook over the counter at TRIPLE the price we original had to pay.
