Andrea greeted us as we arrive and gave us a tour of the grounds which were so beautiful, and he insured us that we were safe. Everyone was very hospitable and kind. "June 7-12 NOT crowded! Family of 3 with a 15 year old daughter. Great teen resort! Attention beach goers: beach is amazing! This was the biggest reason we picked this hotel. IMO: best beach. The beach hut app worked great at 8 am. We never paid for a beach hut, the complimentary ones were amazing! You can reserve and pay $30 at 5pm on app if you want front row the following day. Everyone at resort was so nice! Pool area is gorgeous and the pool is incredible. Ocean is breathtaking and we got...

"Wow, what an amazing destination and property. We looked through numerous property options but kept finding ourselves considering the Hyatt. And there is zero regret. In fact, if we come back, I’m not sure I’d consider anywhere else. Clean, spacious, great pools, amazing beach, wonderful service. Special shout out to Miro, Mario, Juan Carlos, and Diana at the pool bar. Fantastic people with great service. Loved this place so much. "
