"Chantal and Christian were great hosts. Christian met us upon arrival and helped us with our luggage again on check out. This was important because parking is a distance from the unit and has a significant incline. It is a studio unit with a direct view of the beach (no units in front of it). "The place was clean and ready when we arrived. If you are American be prepared for the stove and countertop to operate by French rules- totally fine. Also, the only en-suite bedroom is the one on the first level. I wasn't sure about that until we got there. You'll have to leave the bedroom to access the bathrooms.
