"Amazing owners and really nice property...the location was my only issues which I blame myself. I did no research as it is far and secluded. I should have rsearch more but still the onwer made we feel very welcome and the cosiness of the place also helped. WILL RECOMMEND if you need a cozy, isolated and comfortable location."

"Chantel and Christian were excellent hosts. We rented a car from them and they picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. The 1 bedroom condo was small but very well equipped. The view from the balcony was fabulous, overlooking Orient Bay and St. Barts in the distance."

"We’ve stayed in 3 different places in St Martin. We would stay in this location again. This definitely is as beautiful as described. This has a central location making it easy to drive anywhere from Grand Case to Phillipsburg. Parking can be an issue on the island, but it was so nice here to have a gated parking spot right by our apt making it safe and easy to come and go. "Chantal and Christian were great hosts. Christian met us upon arrival and helped us with our luggage again on check out. This was important because parking is a distance from the unit and has a significant incline. It is a studio unit with a direct view of the beach (no units in front of it).
