"The location is great, the host was great at communicating and available. The views was amazing.The listing did include the pool was heated but it wasn’t when we were there. I paid extra for romantic roses petals but no roses were in the room only some cheap heart shaped creations. The bathroom and towels need to be updated. "

The pool bar is in the shallow end and that is where the MANY children at the resort splash and play so it was a bit inconvenient; especially when pool water would end up in your drink. Maybe they could start some Adult Only times in the pool, especially during their Happy Hour.
