"Property and room was exquisite. Unfortunately we were greeted by a very curt and rude staff member who seemed upset that she needed to wait for us to travel here for the evening on a long weekend. She phoned us 3 times confirming our arrival time. We told her it would be around a certain time and she mentioned to us that as it was a long weekend, they wanted to leave earlier then the stated check in time. "It was a good experience. Helpfull staffs and relatively quiet downtown accommodation. Experienced loud music from adjacent rooms during the weekend nights but got stopped by 11:00 pm. The management Seriously need to get rid of that dirty old Sofa in the Matthew living room as it is awful with dirty spots and marks…otherwise it deserve a five star. Will nmot be suitable for elderly folks who will not be able to climb two flight of stairs carrying luggage up and down."
