"The whole experience was great, the friendly welcome on arrival, each and every one of the staff made you feel as welcome as one of their family. The whole place was very, very clean. "Very clean and comfortable room although describing it as luxury is maybe a step too far! Breakfast and indeed all the food was excellent and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. It is a quiet location about a mile from the village so you probably need to drive. Would definitely stay here again."

"We were made to feel welcome from the start to the end of our three night stay. Our bed was so comfortable, it was a welcome return after a busy day exploring Aberdeenshire. The ensuite facilities were very spacious. Room included small fridge, microwave, TV, electric blanket, armchairs and hospitality tray. "Booked this for one of my employees who was working in the area. When he arrived he was shown to a room in the roofspace that had to duck all the time due to the amount the roof came into the room. Booked a room with a private bathroom but he was shown a bathroom along a public corridor, not exactly private! Then the bar was noisy until about 0130 when he was trying to sleep as he was up early in the morning. Needless to say he wasn't very happy!"
