We had an unexpected, circumstantial issue with the AC going out prior to arrival, and we were notified via phone call by the owner prior to arriving. The owner had a window unit in each room and 2 portable air conditioners for living room bedroom. It was uncomfortably warm, but we were thankful for their attempt to offset the discomfort and the monetary refund to show their concern...

"Property was roomy and clean. The beach items were awesome for the family to use. Beach chairs, umbrellas and cart were all used by our group. The yard was fantastic for our dog, he loved it! Close to the beach but far enough away from all the noise of Spring Break. Neighborhood was very quiet. "

"My husband and I stayed with our little Yorkie. The house was perfect. You are steps to the beach, just walk out the back door and down the steps off the back deck. The house was clean and well supplied with anything we needed. "

"The property was neat and clean. Only issues we had was promptly addressed by text with owner. Great value and would stay again. Only issues we had was 1) thermostat is preprogrammed and property owner controls. After a couple of texts we settled on 68 for 24-hour, entirety of stay. 2) It's a duplex and the first morning, with two vehicles next door, we had COLD WATER. It was never an issue again as they left or our showers didn't time together. FYI-the washer dryer is in a closet type room...

"The beach house was perfect for our family vacation. Close to everything we wanted to do. The beach is two minute walk around the corner. The beachy decor is extra welcoming. A fully supplied kitchen was a plus as well the over all cleanliness. Nice landscaping and plenty of parking."

"Our trip to PCB in Sept 2024 was FANTASTIC! The house…we loved it! You can’t get any closer to the beach if you tried for the price! The kitchen and bathroom counters I really liked, the view from the deck is GREAT, the beds are comfy (hubby, 2 sons; 18 and 12 and our pups agree). Check in was a breeze- the property managers stay in touch thru text- which made things easier. No issues with the house- it felt like home after our week there! We already agreed we’d stay here again next trip down! "

"The property was a little old on the outside but inside was very nice. Well kept and clean. The furnishings were nice and had everything we needed. Chairs , umbrella and other beach things were in the closet ready to use. About half a block to the beach entrance which was very convenient. The property was very pet friendly. We enjoyed our stay.
